On Monday the Preps read the story ‘The Wind Blew’ by Pat Hutchins. Everyone made their own kite and had a chance to fly them outside. We were very lucky it became windy in the afternoon to test them out. . . .

The 1/2 students went to Chesterfield Farm as part of their integrated unit Paddock to Plate. They milked a cow, rode on a tractor, fed farm animals and observed baby animals. It was a fantastic day and the students thoroughly enjoyed it.

Last week, the Preps experimented with making bubbles using Morning Fresh, glycerine and water. The students made their own bubble wands using pipe cleaners. They had lots of fun making bubbles!
